Partoo is a fast-growing European scale-up focused on local customer experience for multi-location businesses. You will join the Engineers department and lead the development of high-impact features, while shaping a robust, scalable backend and evolving a monolithic architecture towards domain-driven design.

You will report to the CTO and collaborate with a cross-functional team in Paris and beyond. The role emphasizes hands-on development in Python FastAPI, Celery, and a React/TypeScript

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Developer.
• Strong Python web stack experience (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Frontend experience with React/Redux.
• Experience at scale is a strong bonus.
• Good English for an international team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Product Manager to achieve the product vision and address technical scope.
• Provide technical expertise on product explorations and features.
• Participate in developing these features.
• Ensure code quality and manage technical debt in the backlog.
• Foster skill development through reviews, pair programming, etc.
• Involve the team in technical decisions (strategy, roadmap).
• Co-organize team rituals.
