Remotal, Paris-based, is seeking a Lead Developer Full Stack to support and accelerate the development of its digital solutions, including new functionalities and a mobile application. You will take charge of development projects for these solutions and collaborate with the Product Owner and development team.

The role requires 5+ years as a developer, strong Ruby/RoR and frontend framework experience, Jira proficiency, Scrum discipline, and a passion for testing and daily deployments.

Qualifications

• Master degree in IT or an Engineering field.
• 5+ years as a developer.
• Experience with Ruby/RoR and a frontend framework (VueJS, ReactJS, etc).
• You can maintain Jira and apply the scrum methodology to a team.
• Writing good tests is a requirement.
• You want to build an architecture that allows daily deployments.
• You are curious, proactive and have an entrepreneurial mind.
• You are a team player.

Responsabilités

• Coordination of developments in support of the Product Owner
• Identification of internal and external resources needed to carry out projects
• Code monitoring and optimization of the work carried out
• Technical point of contact on the functionalities of our tools
• Deployment of our tools with our partners
• Development of digitalized tactical solutions to improve the internal organization of the company
• Recruitment and management of a medium-term team
