Partoo is seeking a Lead Developer to join the BirdPerson impact team in Paris. You will lead backend development using Python (FastAPI) with Celery, and work with React frontend and PostgreSQL in a monolithic architecture being domain-split.

You will collaborate closely with Product and CTO, shaping technical direction and delivering high-impact features for local customer experience across multi-location businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer.
• Proficiency in Python within a web stack (FastAPI, Django or Flask).
• Experience in a front-end JS framework (React/Redux is a plus).
• Previous experience with Celery is a strong bonus.
• Ability to work at scale is a strong bonus.
• Good oral and written communication about technical challenges.
• Being comfortable with English is a must as we are an international team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Product Manager in achieving the product vision and provide technical guidance on scope.
• Provide technical expertise on product explorations and features.
• Participate in the development of these features.
• Ensure code quality, manage technical debt, and propose system improvements.
• Foster skill development through reviews and pair programming.
• Involve the team in tech strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Co-organize team rituals.
