A tech company in Paris is seeking a Lead Customer Care professional to oversee customer onboarding processes and manage Level 1 support. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a leadership role within customer support, is fluent in French and English, and has a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction. As the Lead Customer Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire post-sales customer experience, focusing on a smooth and engaging client onboarding process and efficient handling of Level 1 support tickets. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
