Voodoo, based in Paris, is looking for a strategic professional to build and manage a portfolio of high-potential studios. You will guide product strategy, lead launches as a product director, and drive market analysis.

A Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role offers competitive salary and premium healthcare for you and your family.

Role

• Building and managing a portfolio of high‑potential studios through outreach, industry events, and partnerships
• Guiding studios on product strategy and creative direction to build strong, marketable prototypes
• Leading launches as a product director by forming the product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale successful titles
• Owning the full P&L of your games, with a sharp focus on growth and profitability
• Driving deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends and define what we should build next

Profile

• Master’s degree from a top‑tier business or engineering school
• 3+ years in a fast‑paced, analytical environment (e.g. consulting, banking, tech, or startups)
• Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical skills
• Passionate about gaming and consumer products
• Comfortable owning complex projects and working autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Russian
