Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a senior Data Analytics Lead to manage the Commercials Pod, driving professional development through mentoring and training. You will shape the roadmap and ensure the team delivers high-quality data products and dashboards.

Work closely with sales to translate business requirements into analytics solutions, oversee data collection/processing, and develop ML or Generative AI-based solutions to boost sales growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist with at least 2 years in people management.
• Strong experience in commercial data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting.
• Academic background in statistics/mathematics/economics, or a data-focused discipline.
• Excellent command of data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R).
• Experience developing ML algorithms or using Generative AI.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Commercials Pod (three people to date) and mentor team members.
• Define the team roadmap and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Oversee collection, processing, and analysis of commercial data to build dashboards and data products.
