Databricks is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to drive adoption of Lakebase, a fully-managed Postgres offering, with regional Account Executives. The role focuses on selling to platform teams, developers, data teams, and central IT to enable AI-native applications and real-time workloads.

The position requires proven enterprise SaaS sales experience, strong knowledge of data platforms, and familiarity with Postgres/OLTP workloads.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience selling Postgres or operational databases to technical and business buyers.

Responsabilités

• Drive Lakebase activations and consumption within a defined territory in collaboration with regional AEs.
• Articulate Lakebase value to platform teams, developers, data teams and central IT.
• Sell fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications and OLTP workloads.
• Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and close.
