Databricks is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to drive adoption of Lakebase, our fully-managed Postgres service, across regional accounts. You will partner with Account Executives to unlock revenue and deliver outcomes for platform, data, and development teams.

The role combines strategic account engagement with hands-on selling across complex cycles, POCs, and executive conversations, enabling AI-enabled workloads on Lakebase.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling data platforms or operational databases to technical buyers and business leaders.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-native services.

Responsabilités

• Drive new Lakebase revenue by identifying and activating Lakebase within defined territory.
• Lead with outcomes for platform teams, data teams, and central IT to show value and governance improvements.
• Sell the value of fully-managed Postgres for intelligent applications and operational workloads.
• Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close.
• Orchestrate proof-of-value and POCs with solution architects and specialists.
• Compete and win against legacy databases using assets and references.
• Align to measurable business outcomes like performance and cost reduction.
• Partner cross-functionally to shape territory plans and co-selling motions.
• Enable the field by sharing Lakebase best practices and sales motions.
