Job summary

Voodoo in Paris is offering a 6-month internship within its Corporate function, focusing on Labor Law and HR support. You will assist in ensuring compliance with French labor regulations across France and abroad, support onboarding/offboarding, and help prepare legal updates.

We seek a candidate fluent in French and English with prior internship in labor law, strong Office pack skills, and a collaborative mindset. Remote work is allowed Mondays and Fridays in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English is required.
• Prior internship in Labor Law is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team to ensure compliance with labor regulations within France and abroad (>20 countries).
• Assist with legal analysis of operational practices.
• Provide legal support for onboarding/offboarding and daily labor matters.
• Prepare regular updates on legal changes.
• Map legal obligations towards employee representatives (CSE) with regular consultations.
• Prepare invites, agendas and information notes for employee reps; attend CSE meetings.
• Participate in the preparation of company collective agreements or policies.
