Role

• Setting‑up and support of gaming studios in the entire world, including assistance in the drafting and negotiation of the documentation, coordination with French and local legal advisors, and organization of signing and closing processes
• Corporate support to the French and foreign entities of the Voodoo group, including corporate governance issues, implementation and follow‑up of incentive mechanisms for employees (free shares, BSPCE, etc.), corporate support to the Voodoo group entities (capital increases, organization of shareholders’ and board meetings, drafting of PoAs, etc.)
• Assistance on M&A transactions made by the Voodoo group
• Legal guidance and solutions provided to the operational teams

Profile

• Previous experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm as an intern
• Fluency in English and French absolutely required (most of the work is in English)
• Pragmatic, problem solver, fast executor and rigorous
• Personality is key: Good sense of humor, positive energy, with a strong team spirit
• “CRFPA” is mandatory for this position
