Generare in Paris is seeking an Operations & Capacity Project Manager to lead the laboratory expansion, build capacity models, and deliver on-site facilities on time and within budget. You will work with data and modelling teams, bridging bench work and executive decisions, shaping the production capacity and cost frameworks for the platform expansion.

This role blends field work on the lab floor with analytical modelling, requiring a scientific background and several years of project delivery

Competenze

• Several years of project experience, typically three to six: holding a schedule and a budget, and moving a subject forward with people who do not report to you.
• Comfort with numbers: building a projection model, building a unit cost, and recognising a figure that cannot be right.
• Professional French and English.

Mansioni

• Lead laboratory extension project to ensure on-schedule, on-budget openings.
• Develop tools and models for capacity tracking, costing and production decisions.
• Collaborate with data and modelling teams to translate lab needs into actionable plans.
• Manage equipment base, approval routes, and related procedures.
• Anticipate equipment and space needs for transfers from R&D into production.
