Job summary

Generare is seeking an Operations & Capacity Project Manager to lead laboratory expansion and build the tools and models for capacity planning. You will frame lab needs, translate them into schedules and budgets, and work with data and modelling teams to underpin production decisions.

The role blends field presence on the lab floor with model-driven planning, requiring a scientific background and several years of project experience in production or laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• Scientific background and laboratory environment familiarity.
• Several years of project experience with budgets and deadlines.
• Ability to present recommendations to an executive committee.
• Comfort with numbers and building projection models.
• Interest in building tracking tools rather than only using them.
• Presence on the lab floor and easy collaboration with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Framing needs from scientific teams and turning them into timely, budgeted lab openings.
• Build and maintain capacity models, cost indicators and process data.
• Develop small tools to answer operational questions quickly.
• Coordinate equipment and space planning for transfers from R&D to production.
• Track progress with weekly indicators and corrective plans.
