Job summary

Deblock, building the first onchain bank, seeks a hands-on Market Lead for La Réunion to translate global playbooks into local growth. You will own market development, KPI tracking, and on-the-ground operations from card distribution to partner onboarding.

You will forge strategic partnerships with local retailers, manage logistics, and represent Deblock at events and in the press, reporting directly to founders and the VP of Marketing.

Qualifications

• Structured and operational by nature.
• Capable of creating and following a KPI-driven plan.
• Skilled at opening doors, building local partnerships, and turning relationships into business.
• Able to manage logistics and negotiate commercial contracts on the ground in La Réunion.

Responsibilities

• Market Development & KPIs: localize global playbook with clear KPIs and roadmap.
• On-the-Ground Operations: manage local ops from card distribution to partner onboarding.
• Strategic Partnerships: identify, pitch, and close local partnerships with retailers.
• Trust Architecture: build local credibility with partners, consumers, and stakeholders.
• Content & Representation: be Deblock's local face at meetings, events, and press.
