Job summary

Deblock is launching in New Caledonia and seeks an Operations Coordinator to be the on-ground implementer in Nouméa. You will oversee card shipments, local stock, and partner distribution while tracking activations as a core KPI.

You’ll work closely with the New Caledonia Market Lead, maintaining data-driven records and delivering reliable service to local partners in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Organized and dependable, with a track record of getting things done on time.
• Detail-oriented with stock counts, delivery logs and activation numbers.
• Comfortable with data and maintaining a tracking spreadsheet.
• Clear communication and strong relationships with local partners.

Responsibilities

• Card logistics: receive Visa card shipments, manage local stock, and inventory records.
• Partner distribution: deliver cards to local distribution partners and restock before stock runs out.
• Activation monitoring: track activations per partner and maintain the reporting dashboard.
• Partner support: be the day-to-day contact for partners on the ground and resolve issues quickly.
• Field feedback: report local observations to help improve operations.
