Job summary

Deblock is seeking a La Réunion Market Lead to act as the operational engine and local ambassador for expansion. This hands-on role bridges strategy and execution, reporting directly to the Founders and VP of Marketing, owning the Trust & Growth engine for La Réunion.

We value a hands-on operator who can build plans, run local operations, and close partnerships while driving measurable growth in St Denis, St Pierre, and St Paul.

Qualifications

• Structured and operational by nature, able to convert plans into action.
• Able to set KPIs, track performance, and back decisions with models.

Responsibilities

• Market Development & KPIs: localize the global playbook for La Réunion with a clear roadmap.
• On-the-Ground Operations: manage local ops including card distribution and partner onboarding.
• Strategic Partnerships: identify, pitch, and close local retail partnerships.
• Trust Architecture: build credibility with partners, consumers, and stakeholders in La Réunion.
• Content & Representation: be Deblock's local face at meetings, events, and press.
