Blockchain.com in Paris is seeking a Business Lead to own a strategic product, market, or customer segment within our Consumer business. You will identify opportunities, develop the commercial strategy, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive execution across the business.

You will operate at the intersection of crypto markets, product, growth, and commercial strategy, requiring sharp analysis, strong judgment, and deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in crypto, fintech, investing, product, growth, strategy, or another highly analytical and commercially focused environment.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, products, platforms, and customer behaviour.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability with data-driven decision making.
• Commercial judgment with understanding of pricing, funnels, unit economics and market sizing.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and commercial performance of a strategic product, market, or customer segment within our Consumer business.
• Identify high-potential opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, competitive research, and crypto ecosystem knowledge.
• Develop and test hypotheses for driving users, activity, revenue, balances, retention, and profitability.
• Build business cases covering market potential, customer demand, product requirements, economics, execution, and risk.
• Work with Product and Engineering to define priorities and launch customer-facing products and features.
• Partner with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Regional teams to move ideas to execution.
• Shape pricing, positioning, distribution, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish a rigorous operating cadence around performance, experimentation, launches, and results.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and align priorities.
