Nebius is building a dedicated L3 Support Line from scratch to service servers, BIOS/BMC firmware, and Linux diagnostics across Europe and the US. Based in Béthune, France, you will own deep technical investigations and collaborate with R&D and vendors to drive durable fixes.

We value hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, clear communication under pressure, and a willingness to travel to datacenters for complex incidents and platform readiness efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux troubleshooting across datacenter hardware and firmware.
• Experience diagnosing BIOS/BMC, GPU/server issues.
• Excellent incident response and vendor escalation.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to datacenters as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead root-cause analysis beyond L2 depth for GPU, firmware, and Linux faults.
• Coordinate with ODM/R&D and drive escalations.
• Validate firmware updates and support rollout planning.
• Create scalable runbooks and playbooks for L1/L2 teams.
• Travel to datacenters for complex troubleshooting.
