Nebius B.V. is seeking an IT Manager to lead a team responsible for maintaining and expanding our data center IT infrastructure. You will oversee hardware troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous operation of critical systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of team management experience in IT.
• Hands-on diagnostic skills for server hardware issues.
• Strong understanding of data center operations and hardware/network principles.
• Proven project planning and management experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM operational activities.
• Basic proficiency with Linux and command-line tools.
• Experience with server hardware, enterprise switches and fiber optics.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.

Responsabilités

• Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in IT infrastructure support and project planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
• Develop clear documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Plan, execute and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations.
• Manage IT support that diagnoses and resolves hardware issues and ensures continuous data center IT infrastructure support.
• Manage project tasks including installation, upgrading and dismantling of hardware per requests.
• Handle asset management processes and RMAs.
