Qonto is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to sustain and elevate learning programmes for the People team during a pivotal growth phase. You will deliver high-quality self-service content, group coaching, and tailored learning support across Qonto, collaborating with the Knowledge & Learning Lead and internal experts.

You’ll build scalable content, run Manager Academy sessions, and coach managers using Lean principles to embed Qonto’s culture into daily practice.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in Learning & Development with a strong foundation in programme design and pedagogy.
• Experience creating scalable self-serve learning content and tool-based learning.

Aufgaben

• Build learning content in Sana reflecting Qonto's culture and real-world pain points.
• Facilitate workshops and Manager Academy modules, adapting formats to needs.
• Coach Qontoers using Lean principles to operationalise culture.
• Stay closely connected to teams and the business to align content with needs and opportunities.
