Job summary

TRIO Lighting Group in Lille is seeking a Key Account Management Assistant (m/f/d) to join our international team. You will support customer service, sales support and account management, working closely with account managers, sales managers and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Native French speaker with fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and handling of inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Preparation of quotations and support of sales activities.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Invoicing, dunning procedures, and accounts receivable management.
• Maintenance of customer master data as well as preparation of reports and analyses.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and other cross-functional departments.
