Job summary

ENERA CONSEIL S.A.S. in Levallois-Perret is seeking a Junior Technical Sales Engineer to drive the commercial development of ENERA’s solutions for clients in the commercial property sector.

You will generate opportunities, conduct discovery, and support proposals through to contract closure. The role requires a degree in Engineering or Business and at least three years’ experience in the property sector, with a proactive, quick-thinking approach and strong prospecting skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or relevant professional experience within the property sector.
• At least three years’ professional experience, including apprenticeship or work-study experience.
• Good knowledge of the building, property or construction sector.
• Good understanding of prospecting and business development principles.
• Strong perseverance and determination.
• A proactive and quick-thinking approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting, including email, LinkedIn and telephone outreach.
• Conduct discovery and qualification meetings with prospective clients.
• Contribute to the development of commercial proposals.
• Manage relationships with prospects and clients through to contract signature.
• Maintain a commercial presence throughout project delivery.
• Secure new contracts and support business growth.
