Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• At least three years’ professional experience, including apprenticeship or work-study experience.
• Good knowledge of the building, property or construction sector.
• Understanding of prospecting and business development principles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• Conduct discovery and qualification meetings with prospective clients.
• Contribute to the development of commercial proposals.
• Manage relationships with prospects and clients through contract signature.
• Maintain a commercial presence throughout project delivery.
• Secure new contracts and support business growth.
