Job summary

STATION F in Paris is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join the campus legal team. You will work across commercial contracts, governance, data protection, and dispute prevention to enable 1,000+ startups to scale responsibly.

The role targets 18 months to 3 years PQE from top firms or in-house, with a French Master 2 and CAPA eligibility preferred. Fluency in French and English is essential, and keen startup/tech interest is valued.

Qualifications

• Law degree (Master 2 or equivalent) with focus on business/corporate law.
• 1-3 years experience in law firm or in-house.
• Fluency in French and English; strong drafting/negotiation skills.
• Startup/tech ecosystem interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate partnerships, service contracts, NDAs and sponsorship agreements with a range of entities.
• Assist with corporate governance: board minutes, filings, and regulatory compliance for campus entities.
• Support data protection/GDPR compliance across campus infrastructure and vendors.
• Handle pre-litigation disputes with vendors, landlords, or resident startups with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
