Talantir is seeking a Junior Systems Specialist to assist the System Specialist in planning and executing IT installations. You will install and support Servers and Storage Hardware, manage Unix/Linux systems (Redhat Linux, CENTOS and others), perform health checks, and prepare reports.

You may participate in pre-sales activities, tender proposals, and site surveys. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Computer Science or IT, have Unix/Linux knowledge, and are willing to work odd hours including

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/IT/System Administration.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux Operating Systems.
• Willing to work odd hours including weekends.
• Knowledge of virtualization.
• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist System Specialist in planning and execution of work.
• Install and support Servers and Storage Hardware.
• Perform health checks on installed systems and prepare reports.
• Carry out customer trainings as required.
• Support pre-sales activities including tender proposals and quotes.
• Conduct site surveys and draw materials requirements.
• Work in teams and adapt to demanding environments.
• Follow international quality standards for IT installations.
• Pursue advance technical training as needed.
