Welcome to the Jungle France is building the next-generation Welcome ATS, an AI-native Applicant Tracking System. The Recruiter Software domain brings together our ATS and Sourcing products, with the ambition of helping recruiters find, engage and hire the right people more effectively. You’ll join a growing product team alongside another Product Manager, two Product Designers, engineers and AI specialists.
Our ATS is being rebuilt from the ground up as an AI-native product. We want to rethink the traditional recruiting workflow rather than simply reproduce the category’s existing tools: reducing administrative work, helping teams make better decisions and creating a more conversational and intuitive experience for recruiters.

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll own well-defined product problems and progressively take responsibility for larger parts of the ATS experience. Own clearly scoped product problems from discovery through delivery, with support and coaching from the Product Team Lead
Build a strong understanding of recruiters, hiring managers and candidates by combining customer conversations, product data and input from commercial teams
Work closely with Product Design and Engineering to explore problems, define solutions, make trade-offs and iterate quickly
Turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities and success measures
Follow the performance of the features you ship and use the results to inform future iterations
Contribute to the ATS roadmap and help the team identify the most important problems and opportunities to address
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Product Marketing and other product teams
Help communicate product decisions, progress and releases clearly across the company
Bring around 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, or comparable experience working closely with product, design and engineering teams
Communicate clearly, speak fluent English and work effectively with colleagues and customers across France and the UK
Have contributed to shipping digital products and understand the main stages of product development, from problem discovery to delivery and iteration
Show genuine curiosity about users, how they work, where they struggle and what could meaningfully improve their experience
Take a structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, breaking broad challenges into manageable questions and next steps
Feel comfortable working with both qualitative feedback and product data, with an appetite for developing your analytical skills
Bring a collaborative mindset, welcome feedback and are keen to grow alongside experienced product, design and engineering colleagues
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities and information can evolve
Have an interest in how AI can improve complex professional workflows, while remaining thoughtful about where it genuinely creates value
Experience working on a B2B SaaS product
Exposure to HR tech, recruiting software or operational workflow products
Experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Metabase or BigQuery
Experience working in a distributed or international team
