Edtech France is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Recruiter Software team, contributing to Welcome ATS and our AI-native recruitment workflow. You will work with Product Design, Engineering and AI specialists to shape problems, define solutions and drive delivery for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates across France and the UK.

You’ll own scoped problems, learn from users, and translate insights into clear requirements and success metrics, while collaborating across

Qualifications

1–2 years of product management experience or closely related work.
Experience shipping digital products from discovery to delivery.
Strong communication with product, design and engineering teams.
Keen curiosity about users and their workflows.
Structured, pragmatic approach to solving problems.
Comfort with qualitative feedback and product data.

Responsabilités

Own clearly scoped product problems from discovery through delivery.
Understand recruiters, hiring managers and candidates through conversations and data.
Collaborate with Design and Engineering to define solutions and trade-offs.
Translate needs into clear requirements, priorities and success metrics.
Monitor feature performance and inform future iterations.
Contribute to the ATS roadmap and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations and Marketing.
Communicate product decisions and releases across the company.
