Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the product vision for a B2B SaaS scope. You will define and manage a prioritized roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design, and translate complex needs into actionable specs for delivery.

You will engage with enterprise clients, guide strategic directions, and drive adoption and retention through data-driven decisions and AI use case exploration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS Product Management.
• Experience owning a full product scope, from vision through delivery.
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen with growth challenges.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with enterprise or complex clients.
• Fluent French (written and spoken) and professional English.
• Solid technical background (APIs, integrations, data architecture).
• Experience with AI or conversational AI use cases.
• Understanding adoption, retention and product conversion challenges.
• Experience maturing a product or launched module.
• Interest in HR, Talent Management or HR Tech.

• Define and own the product vision
• Build and share a clear product vision for your scope
• Understand customer, business, and technical stakes to guide product decisions
• Define, manage and maintain a coherent, prioritized roadmap
• Identify value-creation opportunities, including AI-use cases
• Contribute to differentiating our offering in the market
• Manage the roadmap and delivery
• Prioritize initiatives by business impact, customer value and feasibility
• Translate needs into clear, actionable functional specifications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
• Experience owning a full product scope, from vision through delivery
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of growth challenges
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience interacting with enterprise or complex clients
• Ability to defend strong product convictions while remaining open to feedback
• Fluent French (written and spoken) required and professional-level English (for international clients or internal stakeholders)
• Solid technical background (APIs, integrations, data architecture)
• Experience with products that include AI or conversational AI use cases
• Understanding of adoption, retention and product conversion challenges
• Experience maturing a product or an already‑launched module
