The 12‑month full‑time contract offers on‑the‑job training, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Power BI, and Office tools, and English fluency is essential for communication within the global HR team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a digital field or related discipline.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and teamwork.
• Experience with HR data and HR systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in deploying and integrating HR systems across subsidiaries.
• Support HR users, monitor access permissions and handle support requests.
• Collaborate with HR functions to improve HR data quality.
• Coordinate HRIS support for HQ and subsidiaries.
• Configure Copilot/AI agents to facilitate HR processes.
