TotalEnergies is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst (M/F) for a 12-month contract in France. You will deploy HR tools (Usercube, SAP HR, Talentsoft, Avature) and support HR users across the division, coordinating HRIS services for headquarters and subsidiaries. Strong English, Office suite skills, and a digital mindset are essential for success.

Participation in international projects and the potential to work with AI copilots will enhance your training-driven role within TotalEnergies’ HR team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in digital field is required or strongly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience with Power BI would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsabilités

• Participating in projects to deploy and integrate subsidiaries into HR systems.
• Leading change initiatives at subsidiaries by defining and monitoring support measures.
• Collaborating with HR functions to improve HR data quality.
• Providing support to HR users across the division (access permissions, requests, system updates).
• Coordinating HRIS support services for user network (headquarters & subsidiaries).
• Participating in cross-functional HR projects (Talent Review Process, career paths).
• Configuring Copilot/AI agents to facilitate process adoption and HR campaigns.
