You will assist consultants by researching industries, identifying potential candidates, and preparing client reports, while learning the recruitment lifecycle from experienced partners.

Ideal candidates are early in their BA/BS program, with strong written/verbal communication and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Full-time, onsite in Paris.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and professional presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct industry research to understand client companies and position requirements.
• Identify prospective candidates through targeted research and use of internal systems.
• Assist consultants by drafting candidate assessments and supporting business development activities.
