Qualifications

• 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Developing and honing skills in professional communications, including writing, speaking, and presenting information in a clear and coherent manner.

Responsabilités

• Conduct industry research to understand clients, their industry, and position requirements.
• Identify prospective candidates through targeted company research and using internal systems.
• Assist consultants in writing candidate assessments and preparing client reports.
