Job summary

Kepler à Paris recherche un profil junior en conseil opérationnel pour analyser des sujets d'innovation, procurement, supply chain ou operations, sous la supervision d'un chef de projet ou d'un consultant senior. Vous collectez et analysez les données et participez à des simulations pour proposer des axes d'amélioration concrets.

Vous travaillez en équipe, êtes adaptable et rigoureux, avec de bonnes compétences relationnelles et une maîtrise des outils bureautiques.

Qualifications

• Diplômé(e) d'une formation ingénierie ou management, avec 1 à 3 ans d'expérience.
• Capacité de travail en équipe et adaptabilité dans des contextes multiculturels.
• Rigueur, sens de l'analyse et bonnes compétences relationnelles.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et mobilité géographique en France et à l'international.
• Anglais courant, une autre langue étrangère est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer les analyses et simulations selon les directives de la direction.
• Participer à des discussions avec la direction pour identifier des axes d'amélioration concrets et les formaliser.
• Soutenir la mise en œuvre des recommandations avec les équipes opérationnelles du client.
• Consolider les actions et les progrès avec la direction pour les comités de pilotage.

• You actively participate in leading discussions with your management in order to identify and assess concrete and ambitious avenues for improvement and ensure their formalization.
• You support the implementation of these recommendations in direct contact with your client’s operational teams.
• You consolidate and summarize the actions and progress made with your management for presentation to a Steering Committee and / or a Management Committee.
