Job summary

Kepler in Paris is seeking a Consultant to analyze organizational performance across innovation, purchasing, supply chain and operations. You will lead discussions with clients to identify ambitious improvement avenues and support implementation with their operational teams.

You may supervise junior consultants and contribute to project management, reporting to Steering Committees, and travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Graduate with engineering or management background.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or consulting on similar subjects.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in English; ideally a second foreign language.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of organizational performance across innovation, purchasing, supply chain or operations.
• Participate in client discussions to identify and assess ambitious improvement avenues.
• Support implementation of recommendations with client’s operational teams.
• Supervise one or more junior consultants and contribute to project management.
• Consolidate and summarize actions for Steering/Management Committees.
