Job summary

Kepler in Paris is seeking a Consultant to analyze organizational performance across innovation, purchasing, supply chain and operations. You will lead discussions with clients to identify ambitious improvement avenues and support implementation with their operational teams.

You may supervise junior consultants and contribute to project management, reporting to Steering Committees, and travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Graduate with engineering or management background.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or consulting on similar subjects.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in English; ideally a second foreign language.

• Under the responsibility of a Manager or a Director, you lead the analysis of the performance of an organization, on topics of innovation, purchasing, supply chain or operations.
• You actively participate in leading discussions with your client in order to identify and assess concrete and ambitious avenues for improvement.
• You support the implementation of these recommendations in direct contact with your client’s operational teams.
• Depending on the case, you can supervise one or more junior consultants to carry out certain analyzes, and take an active part in certain aspects of the management of a project in support of your manager.
• You consolidate and summarize the actions and progress made with your management for presentation to a Steering Committee and / or a Management Committee.

Profile
