Accenture France is seeking an entry-level Early Talent AI Native Engineer to kick-start your engineering career. The role targets recent graduates and early-career engineers with strong software foundations, eager to learn, and driven by AI curiosity.

You’ll be embedded in delivery teams with a clear hire-to-train path toward AI-native engineering. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, building and evolving applications, platforms, and APIs while leveraging cloud,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational programming experience in Python, Java, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Basic understanding of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Active and frequent use of AI tools and curiosity about AI in software development.
• Exposure to AI APIs or AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom applications and services
• Develop API-driven and platform-based solutions across front-end and back-end using Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Work in Agile delivery models (Scrum, Lean, XP) and contribute to sprint cycles
• Use AI coding assistants daily as part of delivery and improve productivity and output quality
• Apply AI across the software delivery lifecycle: AI-generated tests, AI-assisted debugging, AI-accelerated code review
• Engage in client-facing environments and learn to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
