Accenture France is launching an Early Talent AI Native Engineer role for recent graduates and early-career engineers. You will work across full software development lifecycle building applications, platforms, and APIs, with exposure to cloud, DevOps, and AI tools.

You will learn to translate business needs into scalable production-ready solutions while collaborating with experienced engineers and architects in delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Foundational programming experience in at least one primary language (Python, Java, TypeScript, or Node.js).
• Understanding of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Academic projects or internships in software development showing ability to ship code.
• Active use of AI tools in study or work and ability to demonstrate practical examples.
• Demonstrated curiosity about agentic AI through personal projects or courses.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with teams to design, build, test, and deploy applications and services.
• Develop API-driven solutions across front-end and back-end using Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Participate in Agile delivery models and contribute to sprint cycles.
• Use AI coding assistants regularly to boost productivity and output quality.
• Learn to validate AI outputs and maintain sound judgment on AI reliability.
