United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior AI Native Software Engineer to lead AI-driven software innovation. You will design scalable AI-enabled architectures and write clean, robust code with AI assistance, collaborating across teams and with clients to deliver high-impact digital products.

You will champion prompt engineering and risk-aware AI practices while staying current with AI trends and emerging tools in a global, Paris-based hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience delivering quality software across diverse tech stacks (Java, .NET, React, Angular, etc.).
• Technology-agnostic mindset with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning; open to new tools/frameworks.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and understanding AI in real-world development.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering to craft precise inputs that maximize AI utility.
• Critical thinking to rigorously verify AI-generated outputs for robust systems.
• Curiosity for emerging AI trends and guidance on responsible AI development.
• Commitment to social, environmental, and ethical impact in technology.
• Fluency in English and collaboration within an international environment.

Your Role

As a Senior AI Native Software Engineer at the company, you’ll lead and accelerate the next wave of software innovation by:

• Crafting AI-driven architectures: Design elegant, scalable systems by harnessing AI to solve complex technical challenges tailored to each client’s needs.
• Elevating software craftsmanship: Write clean, maintainable code infused with AI-assistance, not just faster, but smarter and more reliable.
• Championing collaboration and innovation: Bring fresh ideas, test emerging AI technologies, and help evolve our Gen-e²™ methodology in close partnership with peers and clients.
• Navigating complexity with clarity: Transform abstract client needs into clear technical designs, visualizations, and workshops to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
• Ensuring quality and security: Lead AI-powered audits covering code, accessibility, performance, and security, raising the bar on what is possible in modern product delivery.

• Significant professional experience delivering quality software across diverse tech stacks (Java, .NET, React, Angular, etc.)
