Qualifications

• Bachelor, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, (financial) Mathematics, Physics or related.
• Programming experience, especially in Python and Pandas.
• Strong technical writing to express abstract concepts clearly.

Tasks

• Specify, create and test prototypes used in our exchange trading business, based on current needs.
• Analyze & automate workflows within different departments of the company.
• Interaction with exchange and service partners via API’s.
• Communicate with external service providers regarding new developments.
• Write concept documentation and do technical feasibility studies on proposed business ideas.
• Analyze and improve our current trading system by means of statistical methods.

Requirements

Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, (financial) Mathematics, Physics or comparable qualifications.

Programming Experience. Due to the nature of our trading setup, knowledge of asynchronous programming is preferred. Python & Pandas experience preferred.

Experience with REST & Websocket protocol is beneficial

Strong technical writings skills. Ability to clearly express abstract concepts in writing.

Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative.

Interested in finance and crypto.

Ability to assess, understand and process new information quickly.
