Mirakl is hiring for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for Mirakl Connect, a hub powering AI-enabled seller experiences. You will own technical direction, drive delivery, and mentor developers across Bordeaux and Paris offices with weekly remote work.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Java development, 2+ years in management, and strong English proficiency. You’ll balance hands-on coding with people leadership in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 2+ years in a team lead or similar management role.
• Proven ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people management.

Responsabilités

• Drive technical excellence by owning user stories, code reviews, design, development and deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with R&D, product and design teams to maintain velocity and quality.
• Develop talent and best practices, onboard new hires and contribute to recruitment.
