Mirakl in Paris or Bordeaux seeks a Senior Java Lead to own architectural decisions and mentor a 4-5 member team. You’ll drive backend development, code reviews, and production deployments while balancing hands-on contribution with people management.

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery with product and design, contribute to microservices architecture using Spring, SQL, and cloud platforms, and foster clean code and best practices across distributed teams across France.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience
• Minimum 2 years in a team lead or similar management role
• Proven ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people management

Responsabilités

• Drive technical excellence: own user stories, code reviews, design, development, testing and deployments
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery: develop roadmaps with R&D and align with product and design teams
• Develop talent and best practices: onboarding, mentoring, recruitment, and codifying best practices in clean code and testing
• Lead and grow your team: manage 4-5 developers, conduct reviews and foster cohesion across locations
