Ideal candidates are fluent in Japanese (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2+), legally eligible to work in Greece, and comfortable navigating multi-screen setups. The role offers a dynamic, multicultural environment and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Japanese fluency at C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
• English knowledge B2 level or higher to navigate systems.

Responsabilidades

• Be the problem solver: assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, orders, or accounts.
