You will lead or contribute to test plan development, ensure traceability, and mentor the team in IVVQ practices while maintaining compliance with aerospace standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Significant IVVQ experience in complex environments.
• Experience managing activities or teams.
• Strong knowledge of IVVQ processes and V-model lifecycle.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulatory constraints.

Responsabilités

• Lead IVVQ activities in line with project constraints and priorities.
• Organize and monitor the team’s workload.
• Ensure regular monitoring of activities.
• Define and improve test methodologies, from equipment to system level.
• Lead or contribute to the drafting of test plans and test protocols.
• Prepare and conduct verification, validation, and qualification tests.
• Ensure traceability and compliance of IVVQ activities.
• Support team members and develop their skills in IVVQ practices.
