Snibe in Paris, Île-de-France is seeking a regional technical support specialist to ensure Maglumi systems run properly and to improve end-user satisfaction. You will work with regional sales and local distributors, provide on-site or online support, and promote reagent performance while optimizing consumption per analyzer.

The role includes collecting installation data, building relationships with reference customers, and delivering training to local engineers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the IVD field with strong technical skills.
Bachelor degree or above in a related subject.
Experience in total laboratory automation (biochemistry & immunology) is preferred.

Responsabilités

Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor to improve end-user satisfaction.
Provide regional technical support (online or on-site) to ensure Maglumi systems operate properly.
Promote reagent parameters and optimize reagent consumption per analyzer.
Collect Maglumi installation information and maintain relationships with reference customers.
Deliver service training to local engineers and keep improving their technical skills.
Process reagent and spare parts orders for regional distributor and handle returns and complaints.
Perform other tasks assigned by Snibe.
