Maki is seeking an IT Workplace Intern to help shape how we design and run our workplace. You will build workflows, support teams daily, and contribute to efficient IT operations in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will work in a small team, own problems, and learn through hands-on experience with macOS, Slack, Notion, and more. English proficiency is expected, French a plus, and the internship offers real responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Finishing IT, CS, or related field of study.
• Foundational understanding of operating systems and networking.
• Comfortable working in English (French a plus).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar identity management tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain IT workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Handle support requests across hardware, software, and network issues and see them through to resolution.
• Set up macOS laptops and rollout IT security policies — patch compliance, access management, and hygiene practices.
• Build automation to reduce manual work and scale IT operations.
