Job summary

Enterprise Solutions from Michael Page, a leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), specializes in delivering top-tier recruitment services to clients across industries. We are growing and seeking an IT Talent Recruiter to manage recruitment for one of our client partners.

You will collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions team and client stakeholders, owning candidate generation, screening, and guiding candidates through interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT and technology domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and define hiring requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support Account Director / Talent Acquisition Manager on monthly reporting with client, including D&I metrics.
• Be our Client’s storyteller, sharing information about the client, business strategy, culture and opportunities with candidates.
• Leverage sourcing tools: Michael Page systems, Client ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, internet sourcing and networking.
• Identify IT talent in hard-to-reach places and educate them on client culture and opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify target companies and locations to attract talent.
• Carry out phone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
• Develop and nurture a network of external prospects to feed client talent pools.
• Provide data and market insights to inform recruiting decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS on candidates and interactions.
