Fortinet seeks a Program Manager to ensure successful delivery of complex IT security projects across France, Spain, or Italy. The role involves leading a virtual team of customer contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services Engineers and Technical Support to deliver sound, profitable implementations.

The position requires strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and a structured approach to IT security projects while coordinating across global Fortinet functions.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years in a similar position.
• Ability to work in 2 languages from FR/IT/ES in addition to English.
• Technical understanding of security, cloud and networking projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsabilités

• Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.
• Identify resources and build the project team with resource manager.
• Coordinate Fortinet functions (sales, operations, order management, support).
• Coordinate internal Professional Services and third-party vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with proper verification.
