Fortinet is seeking a Program Manager for Professional Services across Italy, Spain, and France. The role requires 4 days in the office weekly and a strong background in managing complex IT security projects with virtual teams including customers, sales, and engineering.

Requirements include 5 years in a similar role, multi-language ability, and BPM/PM certifications. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with security, cloud, and networking projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline or equivalent experience.
• PMP and/or PRINCE II certification.
• Around 5 years in a similar Program Management / Professional Services role.

Responsabilités

• Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.
• Identify resources and build the project team for delivery.
• Coordinate with Fortinet functions (sales, operations, order management, support) for project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Perform risk management and report/escalate to management as needed.
