Qualifications

We are seeking a user support profile for a "ChatGPT" AI application for group employees (target population: 100,000 employees). Main responsibilities: – Support users in learning and using the application daily. – Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by responding quickly, clearly, and informatively to requests. – Guarantee service continuity by handling incidents, anomalies, and support requests within defined timeframes. – Gather, qualify, and escalate business needs to improve the tool (quality of responses, usability, new features). – Contribute to the adoption and dissemination of best practices for AI use (prompting, limitations, data security). – Develop and maintain automated test scripts. – Participate in the continuous improvement of the service through documentation, training, and feedback. – Produce activity reports (volume, frequency of problems, areas for improvement).
