Kéoni Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager with a strong focus on user support for a ChatGPT-based AI application. The role targets a senior professional with extensive experience in IT project management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, and business teams.

Responsibilities include supporting end users, maintaining service continuity, and driving improvements in AI adoption and prompt usage while ensuring data security and quality of responses.

Qualifications

• Graduate Bac+5 from an engineering school or equivalent.
• Experience in IT project management for AI or software applications is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering practices is expected.

Responsabilités

• Support users in learning and using the AI application on a daily basis.
• Ensure high user satisfaction by responding quickly and clearly to requests.
• Guarantee service continuity by handling incidents and support requests within defined timeframes.
• Gather, qualify, and escalate business needs to improve tool quality and usability.
• Contribute to adoption and dissemination of best practices for AI use and data security.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for the AI application.
• Participate in continuous service improvement through documentation, training, and feedback.
• Produce activity reports detailing volume, issues, and improvement areas.
