Job summary

Keoni in Paris seeks a Functional Project Manager to lead DIS/SRE projects and bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will analyze requirements, design functional specs, coordinate with security/infrastructure, and guide UAT and deployment under the Project Director.

You will manage backlogs, user stories, workflows, and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery within budgets and deadlines. Fluent English is important to collaborate with international partners.

Qualifications

• Translate user and business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Structure the project on a functional level (backlog, user stories, use cases, workflows) and validate consistency with architecture.
• Facilitate dialogue between business stakeholders, the technical project team and security/infrastructure experts; report alerts, risks and arbitrations to the Project Director.
• Define the acceptance testing strategy (scenarios, functional test plans), coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Design training materials, write functional documentation (user guides) and support teams during deployment.
• Monitor progress of functional deliverables, update KPIs and participate in steering committees led by the Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Supporting change and deployment: Designing training materials, writing functional documentation (user guides) and supporting teams during the deployment of the solution.
• Contribute to steering and reporting: Monitor the progress of functional deliverables, update monitoring indicators (KPIs) and participate in project and monitoring committees led by the Project Director.
